We visited Fairmont to celebrate my parents anniversary, and we had the best stay ever! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really hospitable. Never seen such great hospitality at any other 5* resort in India. Madhuri from the Housekeeing team took a lot of care and was available all the time. She even decorated our rooms for my parents anniversary. Arvind from Zoya helped us and took care whenever we went to Zoya for dinner, breakfast and high tea. Punam from the reception team was available throughout and assisted us with all our requests, and ensured all our requests were met.

My wife and I stayed at Fairmont for 1 night in early May 2024. From the check in experience, to the stunning suite resplendent with a lovely big bath tub, to the excellent breakfast spread in the morning - we had an absolutely fabulous time. As an Accor Diamond member I must say that the Fairmont team set the bar very high in terms of making us feel that little bit special. I received a text the evening before arrival greeting me by Mohit, our butler for the stay. Mohit was the consummate host, making table reservations, escorting around various parts of the hotel, serving us at breakfast and generally making sure we had anything we needed. Our stay was so memorable due to Mohit’s attentive service. Golden hour is offered for suite guests, which includes a large bar and food menu for 2 hours, which was lovely. The hotel is well equipped with a pool, gym, lots of event spaces and much more. The room was really delightful, very well appointed with a proper espresso machine, very comfortable bed, great views over the Aravalis and lots of lovely local art. The food was fab - we met Sonu the executive chef who offered to prepare sandwiches for the day ahead. We gratefully accepted and checked out with a full lunch parcel courtesy of the kitchen. All in all an absolutely fantastic stay, especially so if you are an Accor member. Would highly recommend!!

Luxurious Fairmont

Visited the Fairmont in April for vacation. This was my first stay at a Fairmont after hearing lots of friends recommend and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are very attentive, particularly in the Restaurant just off the bar area. We sat outside most days for breakfast and the waiters were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and luxurious and I had a great view from mine. Special Thanks to Akash from House keeping team.

Our room no. was 730 suit room My name is Swati Garg Our experience at fairmont was amazing. We went there to celebrate our anniversary. Ms sonam on the front desk was a very humble and a good person. She gave us a very special hospitality. She gave us many gifts for our anniversary. She even gave us a selfmade anniversary card. Allover the experience at the hotel was very good.

Had a very enjoyable stay.

The whole experience was excellent,from Sonam taking good care of us at the front desk to the well appointed rooms ( all in Gold colour theme) attentive and helpful service staff and flute music at the morning buffet. The spa was also very good. Had a great time.
